Represent and advise borrowers regarding mortgage liability- Short sales, deficiency defense, enforcement of loan modifications, settlement, etc.

Residential and commercial Landlord/Tenant disputes (Represent and advise either landlords or tenants).

Draft and negotiate residential/commercial leases, lease option and lease purchase agreements.

Residential and commercial purchase contract disputes (Represents and advises either buyers or sellers in contract disputes- breach of contract, earnest money disputes, failure to disclosure, fraud, etc).

Represent and advise clients regarding HOA disputes and other deed restriction issues.

Represent and advise clients regarding title insurance coverage including mechanic’s liens, zoning, chain of title, etc.

Represent and advise real estate agents- failure to disclose, regulatory matters involving ADRE, commission disputes, etc.

Represent and advise clients regarding partition, adverse possession, equitable liens, easement disputes, well agreements and other property rights.

Real Estate Financing- Represent and advise borrowers regarding promissory notes, deeds of trust, due on sale clauses, assumptions, etc.  Draft promissory notes, deeds of trust, and agreements for sale.  Notice and foreclose real property.

Represent and advise clients regarding construction defect, contractor disputes, builder disputes, mechanic’s liens, etc.

Represent and advise clients regarding tax liens and extinguishing redemption rights.

Represent and advise clients with estate planning for real property.

Represent and advise clients with asset protection of real estate including entity formation.

Any other real estate matter.
